The Annual Financial Report of 2013 and the Figures & Information will be available in the Company's website (www.karatzis.gr) and the website of Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Monday, 31st of March 2014 (before the beginning of the trading session of Athens Stock Exchange).
The Annual General Assembly of the shareholders will be held on Saturday, 7th of June 2014.
If any change exists in the Financial Calendar, Company will promptly inform the investors with new announcement.
