STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) with the purpose of providing accurate r, valid and timely information to investors, and in accordance with articles 4.1.2 (par. 1b) and 4.1.4.3.1 of Athens Exchange Rulebook, as applied, announces the Financial Calendar for 2014:

- Date for announcing and publishing the annual concise financial statements for  the fiscal year 2013 (01.01.2013 - 31.12.2013) prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS:   Friday, March 28, 2014.
- Date of Annual Ordinary  Shareholders' General Meeting :   Monday, June 23, 2014.

It is pointed out that the Company intends  to propose to the Annual Ordinary Shareholder's  General Meeting   the non distribution of any dividend from the profits of the financial year 2013. 

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that the related  information will be promptly communicated to the investors by virtue of an amendment to the present, in accordance with the provisions of Athens Exchange Rulebook.
