• Annual presentation to Greek Institutional Investors concerning the Annual Financial Results of 2013: Tuesday, 18 March 2014
• Annual General Assembly of Shareholders: Wednesday, 14 May 2014
• Ex-dividend Date for financial year 2013: Wednesday, 21 May 2014
• Shareholders entitled to dividend for 2013: Friday, 23 May 2014 (record date)
• The dividend payment will start on: Thursday, 29 May 2014
