ELVAL HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. and ETEM S.A. LIGHT METALS COMPANY announce that on 29/08/2014 their Boards of Directors decided to restart the procedure of the absorption of ETEM S.A. by ELVAL S.A. Τhe transformation financial statement will be as at 31/08/2014.  

These decisions are subsequent of the relevant decisions of 7/4/2014 by which the absorption of ETEM S.A by ELVAL S.A was decided with transformation financial statement as of 30/4/2014 and of 20/6/2014 by which it was decided to suspend the absorption.
