Our company, “ELGEKA S.A.”, announces, in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1 par. e and 4.1.3.6 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, as applicable, article 6 par. 1 of Law 3340/2005 and article 2 par. e of Board’s Decision 3/347/12-07-2005 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that in the context of continuing evolution of the organizational structure of the Company and ELGEKA Group, apply from today, the following organizational changes:

a) The Chief Financial Officer of ELGEKA Group, Mr. Anthimos Misailidis, undertakes also tasks as Chief Executive Officer in the subsidiary “VIOTROS S.A.” alongside its existing group position.

b) The former Budgeting and Reporting Manager of “ELGEKA S.A.”, Mr. Aris Chatzatourian, assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and

c) The former Accounting Manager of “ELGEKA S.A.”, Mr. Konstantinos Meintanis, assumed the position of Accounting and Tax Planning Manager of ELGEKA Group.
