The Management of FG EUROPE S.A. announces that on 10.01.2014 the Company proceeded with the issuance of 65.000.000 € Common Bond Loan which was fully covered by EUROBANK, PEIRAIOS BANK, ALPHA BANK, NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE and GENERAL BANK.
