Following today’s session of the Listings and Market Operations Committee, Euronext Athens confirmed that all listing requirements for the dual listing of the shares of SAFE BULKERS INC. (ISIN: MHY7388L1039) on the Main Market of Euronext Athens, are met, in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 4 of Law 3371/2005, subject to the approval of the Prospectus by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
The trading commencement date will be announced by the Company.
