Decisions of the Iterative General Meeting

«HELLENIC FABRICS S.A.» announces that on Saturday 19.07.2014 at 15:00 hrs, the Iterative General Meeting of the Company's shareholders was held at the company's head offices at 42^nd km. N.R. Thessaloniki –Edessa.  
As per a shareholders request, according to article 39  §3 L.2190/1920, the discussion on all the items of the agenda was deferred and the General Meeting will reconvene on Tuesday August 19^th  2014 at 10:00, at the same place.
