The Management of “Hellenic Fabrics S.A.” announces that, due to a reorganisation and Balance Sheet restructuring program that is under way in cooperation with the lending Banks for the Company and the Group, it was not feasible to complete and publish the Annual Financial Report of Financial Year 2013, by 31.3.2014. As soon as the reorganisation and restructuring terms are finalized, the company will inform with a future announcement the exact date of publication, as soon as possible and in any case before its Annual Shareholders' Assembly.
