HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. announces that the postponed General Meeting of its shareholders of 19^th August 2014 elected a new Board of Directors, consisting of 5 members, 2 of which are independent according to Law 3016/2002. The mandate of the new Board of Directors is for five years and will be extended until the inauguration of the new Board of Directors which will be elected from the Annual Shareholders Meeting that will be called to approve the Financial Statements of the year 2018, within the first semester of year 2019.

Also appointed were the three members of the Audit Committee, consisting of the  non-executive members of the Board of Directors Messrs. Konstantinos Voulgaris and Savvas Mirliaountas and Mrs. Ekaterini Papatsa, of which Mr. Konstantinos Voulgaris and Mrs. Ekaterini Papatsa are also independent members.

The new Board of Directors was assembled as follows:
