We Inform the investing public and our shareholders that, today Tuesday, February 25, 2014, the Board of Directors of «ELGEKA S.A. Trade - Distributions - Representations – Industry» decided to change the address of its Registered Office, and particularly the Company's relocation since March 1, 2014 from its current premises (leased offices 704 m²), situated in the industrial area of ​​Sindos of the Municipality Delta, to owned premises located in Kalochori in the Municipality of Delta, of total surface 6.317,48 m² (Offices 2.153,76 m² - Warehouses 4.163,72 m²). The specific premises of ELGEKA have been constructed within privately owned land total surface of ​​44.518,43 m².

The above decision regarding the relocation of ELGEKA in these privately owned premises was taken in the context of implementation of the coordinated effort made ​​by the Group's Management to reduce operating costs and meet the needs of Company and its subsidiaries.

Of the above total premises, our Company in order to meet the administrative needs of the Registered Office will use office spaces and supplementary spaces of total area of ​​1.045,00 m², while the rest of the office and the total of warehouses space will be leased since 01.03.2014 in subsidiaries to meet their own administrative and storage needs.

In addition, from the same date, i.e. from March 1, 2014, will change the address of the Registered Office of the subsidiaries «VIOTROS - FOOD INDUSTRY – MANUFACTURING AND MILK PROCESSING – WAREHOUSING - INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A.» and «GLOBAL SYNERGY BUYING GROUP S.A. TRADE - DISTRIBUTIONS – REPRESENTATIONS» as after taking the relevant decisions of their appropriate bodies will be transferred to the above premises of the Parent company, leasing office space and other supplementary spaces. It should be noted that, in the same premises will continue to have its Registered Office and the subsidiary «ARISTA COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY», in which ELGEKA will re-lease office space and storage area totaling 1.671,00 m² since 01.03.2014.
