Hellenic Fabrics S.A, based on L.3340/2005 and the relevant decision of Hellenic Capital Market Committee 3/347/12.07.2005, announces that: Α)Mr. Kyriakos Kelesidis is appointed from 9.4.2014 as Financial Director of the Group. The new director has long and comprehensive experience in large Greek companies.  Β)Mr.  Polizois Doukas, with the decision of the Board of Directors of 9.4.2014, was appointed as Internal Auditor in replacement of Mr. Andreas Veziroglou who retired. Mr. P. Doukas whose employment in the company will be full and exclusive, during his duty will be independent and will not be subordinated to any other official company's business unit and will be supervised by the three-member Controlling Committee.
