KM Co Ltd becomes major shareholder of MLS with 5,1% stake.

KM Co Ltd owned by His Highness Sheikh Khalid Bin Jassim A.J. Al-Thani increased

its stake to 5,1% of the share capital of MLS Multimedia SA and became major shareholder and will have a seat in the company's Board of Directors. The initial investment  was successfull and profitable. KM Co Ltd intends to invest for the expansion  of the company in the Gulf region and North Africa.

His Highness Sheikh Khalid Bin Jassim A.J. Al-Thani stated: “We are very happy to be among MLS major shareholders. Our goal  with the people of the company is to  open new horizons and materialize our investment plans.”
