Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd (the “Bank”) announces that the Minister of Finance has informed it that, in accordance with the paragraph 11(1) of the Underwriting of the Rights Issue of the Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd Decree of 2012, has appointed, with the consent of the Central Bank and the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives, Messrs  Andreas Trokkos, Spyros Episcopou, Andreas Philippou, Andreas Zachariades and Marios Hadjiyiannakis as Members of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
