Appointment of executives

28 February 2018 - Hellenic Exchanges ? Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces the following appointments of executives of the Group, effective immediately:

1. Mr. Nikolaos Porfyris assumes the newly created position of Chief Business Development Officer;
2. Mr. Theodoros Zarros is appointed Director of Infrastructure Management & IT Support; and
3. Mrs. Mary Georgiadou is appointed Director of Human Resources & Organization.
