The company «Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens “Hygeia” S.A.» announces that Mr. George Efstratiadis was assigned as Non Executive Member of BoD (and not as Independent Non-Executive Member, as by mistake mentioned in 02.03.2015 Company's announcement).
Furthermore, Mr. G. Efstratiadis, was assigned as Member of the Auditing Committee of the Company, with the following structure:
