ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TAX AUDIT RESULTS

HERACLES G.C.C. based on paragraph 4.1.3.1 of Athens Stock Exchange Market's Regulation, announces to the investors that the tax audit of financial year 2014 was performed by the Independent Certified Public Accountant, according to article 82 par. 5. of L. 2238/1994 and POL. 1159/2011 and a Tax Certificate was issued with “Unqualified” opinion.
