EUROPE S.A., pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Article 10 paragraph 1 of Law 3340/2005, announces that the tax audit of Article 82 paragraph 5 of Law 2238/1994 as amended by Article 22 paragraph 10b of the Law 3943/2011, conducted by the statutory Auditor - Accountant for the year 2012 in the parent Company and its subsidiaries was completed, and the relevant tax certificates were issued without prejudice
