SFAKIANAKISS.A.announces according to Law 3556/2007 and based on relevant notifications received the following:

a) The shareholder of the company Mrs Aikaterini Sfakianaki proceeded on 30.03.2015 (date of OTC clearance) to the disposal of 659,366 common registered shares of the Company (that is percentage 8.33% on total number of shares and voting rights).

According to the above notification, before the triggering transaction Mrs. Aikaterini Sfakianaki held directly 659,366 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 8.33 % of total shares and voting rights), while after the triggering transaction she doesn't own directly any common registered shares and voting rights of the Company. The indirect participation through SFAKIANAKIS HOLDING S.A. remains 16.46 % while the total shareholding (direct and indirect) was formed from 24.79 % to 16.46 % having as result the total number of shares and voting rights held in the Company to change more than 5%.

b) The shareholder of the company Mr. Athanasios Platias proceeded on 30.03.2015 (date of OTC clearance) to the acquisition of 659,366 common registered shares of the Company (that is percentage 8.33% on total number of shares and voting rights).

According to the above notification, Mr. Athanasios Platias held directly 176,391 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 2.33% of total number of shares and voting rights), while after the triggering transaction holds directly 835,757 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 10.56% of total number of shares and voting rights) of the Company, having as a result a change more than 5%.
