SFAKIANAKISS.A.announces according to Law 3556/2007 and based on relevant notifications received the following:

a) The shareholder of the company Mrs Miranta-Efstratia Sfakianaki proceeded on 27.01.2014 to the sale of 146,623 common registered shares of the Company (that is percentage 1.85% on total number of shares and voting rights),

According to the above notification, before the triggering transaction Mrs. Miranta-Efstratia Sfakianaki held directly 146,623 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 1.85 % of total shares and voting rights), while after the triggering transaction she doesn't own directly any common registered shares and voting rights of the Company. The indirect participation through SFAKIANAKIS HOLDING S.A. remains 32.93 % while the total shareholding (direct and indirect) was formed from 34.78 % to 32.93 % having as result the total number of shares and voting rights held in the Company to fall the limit of 1/3.

b) The shareholder of the company Mr Stavros Taki, President of the BoD and Company's CEO proceeded on 27.01.2013 to the purchase of 148,623 common registered shares of the Company (that is percentage 1.88% on total number of shares and voting rights).

According to the above notification, Mr. Stavros Taki held directly 1,239,777 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 15.66 % of total number of shares and voting rights), while after the triggering transaction holds directly 1,548,400 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 19.56 % of total number of shares and voting rights) of the Company, having as a result a change more than 3%.
