SFAKIANAKISS.A.announces according to Law 3556/2007 and based on relevant notifications received the following:

a) The shareholder of the company Mrs Miranta-Efstratia Sfakianaki proceeded on 19.11.2013 to the sale of 681,644 common registered shares of the Company (that is percentage 8.61% on total number of shares and voting rights), having as a result her total number of shares and voting rights on the Company to present a change more than 3%.

According to the above notification, before the triggering transaction Mrs. Miranda-Efstratia Sfakianaki held directly 828,267 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 10.47 % of total number of shares and voting rights), while after the triggering transaction it holds directly 146,623 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 1.85 % of total number of shares and voting rights) of the Company. The indirect participation through SFAKIANAKIS HOLDING S.A. remained 32.93 % while the total shareholding (direct and indirect) was formed from 43.40 % to 34.78 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

a) The shareholder of the company Mr Stavros Taki, President of the BoD and Company's CEO proceeded on 19.11.2013 to the purchase of 681,644 common registered shares of the Company (that is percentage 8.61% on total number of shares and voting rights), having as a result his total number of shares and voting rights on the Company to increase over the limit of 15%.

According to the above notification, before the triggering transaction Mr. Stavros Taki held directly 558,133 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 7.05 % of total number of shares and voting rights), while after the triggering transaction it holds directly 1.239,777 common registered shares and voting rights (that is 15.66 % of total number of shares and voting rights) of the Company.
