METKA S.A. hereby announces pursuant to articles 9 and 14 of law 3556/2007 and upon the  relevant notice from its shareholder, Kempen Capital Management N.V., that on March 12th 2015, the total participation in the share capital and voting rights (indirect) of Kempen Capital Management N.V. stood at 4.99% (i.e. 2,590,480 voting rights) from 5.90% earlier.
