METKA S.A. hereby announces pursuant to articles 9 and 14 of law 3556/2007 and upon the  relevant notice from its shareholder, FMR LLC, that on January 16th 2015, the total participation in the share capital and voting rights (indirect) of FMR LLC stood at 5.51% (i.e. 2,863,065 voting rights).
