Athens, September 30, 2014 - Pursuant to Article 14 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, “M.J. MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces, according to the notification received on September 29, 2014 from H.I.G. Bayside Advisors II. LLC, H.I.G. Europe Capital Partners GP Limited and Η.I.G Luxembourg Holdings 46 S.a.r.l., on September 24, 2014 pursuant to consecutive acquisitions, after June 30, 2014, H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 S.a.r.l., acquired 9,967,482 shares and the corresponding voting rights in the Company, amounting to approximately 3 % of the Company's share capital and voting rights. As per above notification, H.I.G. Bayside Advisors II LLC and H.I.G. Europe Capital Partners GP Limited having an equal share (50%-50%)  and have agreed to exercise jointly the control over H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 S.a.r.l. (which holds the voting rights of the Company directly) within the meaning of art. 3 paragraph 1 (cc) of Law 3556/2007 .  

As a result, the percentage of voting rights held in the Company, directly by H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 S.a.r.l. and indirectly by H.I.G. Europe Capital Partners GP Limited and H.I.G. Bayside Advisors II LLC changed from 75.95% to 79.037% approximately.
