Athens, July 9, 2013 -  Pursuant to Article 14 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, “M.J. MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces that on July 5,2013 the Company received a correct repetition of the notification dated 19.06.2013 of  the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (hereinafter "HFSF") according to which,  on June 19,2013, within the framework of the share capital increase of Eurobank Ergasias, the number of shares of the Company held indirectly by HFSF amounted to  82.436.049 shares ,which correspond to a percentage of 25,53% of voting rights in the Company.

Therefore, as of above date, the total percentage of voting rights of the Company held indirectly by HFSF changed from 10,27%  to 25,53%.
