MAILLIS S.A. – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces, in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 27 of Law 3461 / 2006 and the relevant letter/notification from the Greek Central Securities Depository (ATHEXCSD), dated 24.11.2014, the completion, on 24.11.2014, of the registration of HIG Luxembourg Holdings 46 Sarl (the "Offeror") in the Dematerialised Securities' System, as the new owner of ***10,036,927*** common shares, which concerned the squeeze-out right of the Offeror exercised pursuant to resolution no. 1/696/03.11.2014 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC).

Therefore, the HIG Luxembourg Holdings 46 Sarl currently holds, directly, a total 322,925,288 shares of the Company, which represent 100% of Company's total share capital and voting rights.
