(the Company) announces, ιn accordance with the provisions of Laws 3340/2005 and 3556/2007, of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular Nr 33 and decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on the 14th January 2015, "Piraeus Bank S.A.", a legal entity which is closely associated to the President of the Board of Directors Mr. Lekkakos Stavros and to the non-executive member of the board Μr. Syrmakezis Sotirios, sell 150.000 common shares of the Company of total value 210.267,04 euros.
