(the Company) announces, ιn accordance with the provisions of Laws 3340/2005 and 3556/2007, of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular Nr 33 and decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on the 12th January 2015, "Piraeus Bank S.A.", a legal entity which is closely associated to the President of the Board of Directors Mr. Lekkakos Stavros and to the non executive member of the board mr. Syrmakezis Sotirios, sell 50.000 common shares of the Company of total value 70.000 euros.
