EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. (the Company) in accordance with the law no. 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007 and the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs that according to the 27/05/2015 TR-1 notification received on that date, from the shareholder and the Chairman of the Board of the company Mr. Stavros Lekkakos, the following changes in the rates of participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Company's shares took place on 26.05.2014:

The shareholder and Chairman of the board of the company, Mr. Stravros Lekkakos, bought 1,500,000 common registered shares with voting rights of the Company, direct and indirect ownership. Following the above transfer the direct and indirect participation of Mr. Stavros Lekkakos to the total share capital and the Company's voting rights increased from 0.000% to 5.4538%.
