EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. (the Company) in accordance with the law no. 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007 and the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that, according to the 27/05/2015 TR-1 notification received on that date, from the shareholder of the company Mr. Theodoros Achis, the following changes in the rates of participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Company's shares took place on 26.05.2014:

The shareholder of the company, Mr. Theodoros Achis, sold 1,494,533 common registered shares with voting rights of the Company, direct and indirect ownership. Following the above transfer the direct and indirect participation of Mr. Achis to the total share capital and the Company's voting rights decreased from 5.4339% to 0.0000%. According to the aforementioned report, following the above transaction, Mr. Achis and the controlled by him company named “Horizon General Insurance Company S.A.” has no direct or indirect participation in the share capital and the Company's voting rights.
