EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY SA (the Company) announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, L. 3340 / 2005, Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007, the Circular 33 and Decision 3/347 / 12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Stavros Lekkakos, Chairman of the Board of the Company, proceeded on 26/05/2015 to direct and indirect purchase of 1,500,000 common shares at the total amount of 2,325,000 euros.
