The company MLS Multimedia S.A. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors on Tuesday March  31, 2015, bought 11.000 shares of a total value of 43.568,88€ on Wednesday April  1, 2015, bought 7.200 shares of a total value of 28.281,86€

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
