The company MLS Multimedia S.A. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors on Monday  May 12, 2014, bought 4.500 shares of a total value of 19.106.57€ and mr. Stathis Kyriakopoulos member of the Board of Directors on Monday  May 12, 2014, sold 1.500 shares of a total value of 6.360€ .

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007
