The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE Spa) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of the Board of Directors (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on April 28^th, 2014, bought 638 ordinary shares of a total value of € 957.00 on April 29^th, 2014, bought 396 ordinary shares of a total value of € 594.00 and on April 30^th, 2014, bought 10,345 ordinary shares of a total value of € 15,517.50 .

The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
