The company MLS Multimedia S.A. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors on  Wednesday  January 29, 2014, bought 28.500 shares of a total value of 107.006,12€ mr. George Tachtalidis IRO sold 1.500 shares of a total value of 5.685€ and mr. John Zannas COO sold 1.500 shares of a total value of 5.685€.

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
