The company IASO S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the General Manager, Mr Bouchoris Paschalis of Anastasios (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on January 31st 2014, purchased 800 common shares, with a total net value of 1.200,00 euro
