«ELGEKA S.A.» announces, in accordance with L.3556/2007, in combination with the decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after the relevant notifications to the Company by the following liable person based on article 13 par. 1 of L.3340/2005, that on Wednesday, 26/03/2014, Mr. Alexandros George Katsiotis and Mrs. Elli Drakopoulou wife of Nikolaos, transferred packets of shares through «Eurobank Equities S.A.» that correspond to 1.586.727 common shares (i.e. 5,00% of the total share capital) and 1.586.726 common shares (i.e. 5,00% of the total share capital) of the Company respectively, to Mr. Leonidas Theoklitos. Therefore, the shares held (with the corresponding voting rights) by the above mentioned shareholders and the relevant percentages of the total share capital of the Company are as follows:
