F.G EUROPE S.A. announces that the President of the Board of Directors Mr. Georgios Fidakis (the person liable under article 13, Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 19/12/2014 to the sale of 11.423.660 common shares of F.G EUROPE S.A., of a total value of euro 5.243.459,94. This announcement is made in accordance with Law Ν. 3556/2007 (article 3, (ιστ), (ββ), and article 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of Decision number 1/434/3-7-2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
