F.G EUROPE S.A. announces that the President of the Board of Directors Mr. Georgios Fidakis (the person liable under article 13, Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 11/8/2014 to the sale of 1.940.328 common shares of F.G EUROPE S.A., of a total value of euro 3.570.203,52. This announcement is made in accordance with Law Ν. 3556/2007 (article 3, (ιστ), (ββ), and article 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of Decision number 1/434/3-7-2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
