Thessaloniki, July 9^th,2013

The Board of Directors of the company "ELGEKA S.A. Trade-Distributions Representations-Industry" would like to notify the investing public that the Ordinary Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company that took place on the 25^th of June 2013, decided, among other items, the decrease of the share capital by the amount of 324.000,00 Euro through the reduction of total number of shares from 31.937.030 to 31.734.530 common registered shares, due to cancellation of 202.500 own shares, in accordance with the Article 16 of C.L.2190/1920.

The above mentioned own shares were purchased during the period from 22 April 2010 to 19 July 2010 in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of April 21^st, 2010, and in execution of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 30^th, 2008, as well as with the decision of the Board of Directors of June 29^th, 2010, and in execution of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 28^th, 2010.

Following the above decrease, the share capital of the Company amounts now to 50.775.248,00 Euro, divided into 31.734.530 common registered shares with a nominal value of 1,60 Euro each.

On 05/07/2013 the decision of the Deputy Minister of Development and Competitiveness numbered K2-4556 was registered in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) by virtue of which the amendment of the respective article of the Articles of Association of the Company was approved. On 08/07/2013 the Athens Exchange was notified of the above decrease of the share capital due to cancellation of company shares.

Following the above, by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company it is decided that as from 12 July 2013 the trading of 202.500 shares, which are cancelled, will cease in the Athens Exchange.
