SFAKIANAKIS S.A.announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders held on 14.11.2014, decided the reduction of Company's share capital by offsetting losses of amount € 17,411,856.00 by reducing the nominal value of each share from € 2.50 to € 0.30. So Company's new share capital will amount to € 2,374,344.00, divided into 7,914,480 shares with a nominal value of € 0.30 each.

On 18.12.2014 the decision of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness with virtue number 74445/18.12.2014 was registered in the General Commercial Register Office (GEMI) with registration code number 284932, approving the amendment of the relevant Article of Association of the Company. The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges Board was informed on 05.02.2015 for the reduction of the nominal value of Company's shares. Following these from 09.02.2015 Company's shares are traded on the ASE with the new nominal value.
