METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on March 27^th, 2014 Mr. Ioannis Mytilineos, Chairman and Managing Director, sold 358,968 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 4,881,965.48. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
