METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. Georgios Pallas Vice President (Non-Executive Member), sold, on December 31^th, 2013 9,500 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 109,943.89. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
