Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Mr. Dikaios Grigorios ,  Finance Director of Greek Region, sold on 30th  of December 2013, 3000 common shares a total value of  € 59,200.10
