METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on December 30^th, 2013 Mr. Ioannis Mytilineos, Chairman and Managing Director, sold through a block trade transaction 358,968 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 4,171,208.16 to the Legal Entity under the name FELTEX HOLDINGS LIMITED. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
