NIREUS SA informs that, according to the resolutions of the General Meeting of the Bondholders that convened on 27.01.2014, the payment of interest for the period from 12.07.2013 until, and including, 30.01.2014 and the second partial capital repayment was postponed from 31.01.2014 to 28.02.2014.
