NIREUS SA informs that, according to the resolutions of the General Meeting of the Bondholders that convened on 24.02.2014, the payment of interest for the period from 12.07.2013 until, and including, 27.02.2014 and of the second partial repayment was postponed from 28.02.2014 to 31.03.2014.
