The company under the name «KARATZIS S.A.», whose shares are trading in the HELEX, (hereafter abbreviated as “Issuer”), announces that the executive committee of HELEX, at its session on 27/2/2014, approved the acquisition of a market making license for the ΗELEX Member

«BETA SECURITIES S.A.», for market making on the shares of the listed company «KARATZIS S.A.», in order to improve their liquidity, and set of the start date of market making on the above mentioned shares for Tuesday, March 04th 2014.

The Issuer has made an agreement with «BETA SECURITIES S.A.» for market making with the following terms:

1. «BETA SECURITIES S.A.» is going to transmit to the system of Athens Exchange orders of market making (that means orders of buying and selling at the same time) for its own account for the shares of the Issuer, according to the current legislation. For that service, the Issuer will pay a fee to «BETA SECURITIES S.A.»

2. The agreement has duration of one (1) year.
