The company “Plaisio Computers SA” announces to the investing public according to the law 3556/2007 (articles 9, 14 & 21) in combination to decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and decision 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, that on August 8th 2014, the shareholder, President of the BoD and CEO, Mr George Gerardos of Konstantinos, communicated to the company that on August 7th 2014 he sold 75.000 common shares with voting rights. The percentage of voting rights of the shareholder fell under the 2/3 of the voting rights (article 9, paragraph 4 of the law 3556/2007).

As a result the number of voting rights owned by George Gerardos of Konstantinos in the company changed from 14.763.308 (percentage 66,86%) to 14.688.308, a percentage of 66,52% over the total voting rights of the company.
