The company Forthnet S.A. (hereinafter the “Company” or Forthnet) announces, according to paragraphs 4.1.3.1.5 and 4.1.3.6 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, as valid, in combination to articles 6 and 10 of Law 3340/2005 and articles 2 and 3 of the 3/347/12.07.2005 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the Company extended its cooperation with the organizing authority of the A' National Division professional football championship, namely Super League, for two additional football seasons, that is for the seasons 2017-18 and 2018-19. The extended cooperation includes the broadcasting rights for TV, radio, internet, and mobile telephony networks, over a territory covering Greece, Cyprus and Albania. The cumulative contractual cost over the two (2) football seasons 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 may amount to up to 81,484,104 Euros.
